Holding Us Up
Dear Family and Friends,
We have hope 💕
As I await the results of this morning's tests, I have started and stopped writing multiple times...
Molly's life celebration was absolutely incredible, there are really no words to describe it, the outpouring of love is truly remarkable and is flowing through us continually. We love you all. Thank you for being you. We were all touched in so many ways.
Hanging out with friends
Today's test results are in - Molly is creating White Blood Cells - up to 3.6, but still very few Neutrophils. She is making her own Red Blood Cells and will not need a RBC transfusion today! The absolute blast count did go up to 2.5, but this does not mean they can't go back down as we saw on Friday. Her liver numbers look much better than they did on Friday and the swelling in her legs has improved.
We will continue to pray for her healing and that the additional therapies continue to help her feel good enough to walk to clinic every day. She has not used a wheelchair since we left the hospital. She has an appetite. She is making it through the nights comfortably and on her own (ahhh sleep..... no beeping, no interruptions). Her mornings continue to be rough and we are working through different methods that provide her the most comfort.
I am sure there will be a bite left for me
Chinese snack collection :)
In the past few days I keep thinking about all of the times that I had no idea how Xander would make it through...
Peace and Love,
Emilie
